NEW CLIENT ONBOARDING PROCESS.
ALL new clients are required to attend a consultation to discuss any future servicing at emiliakaye.
$50 non refundable deposit required to secure appointment time.
payment can be used towards future services.

DEPOSITS.
$100 nonrefundable deposit will be required to secure all future colour/maintenance appointments within 48 hours via email.
70% nonrefundable deposit will be required to secure hair and new installation appointment within 48 hours via email.
failure to pay within 48 hours may lead to automatic cancellation without further notice.
CANCELLATIONS/RESHEDULING.
ALL bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled via direct message to @emiliakayehair instagram.
cancelling or rescheduling prior to a 48 hour timeframe from scheduled appointment time, deposit will be transferred to rescheduled appointment or held as a credit for future use.
cancelling or rescheduling within a 48 hour timeframe prior to scheduled appointment time, deposit will be forfeited with no exemptions. this applies to all appointments, including existing clients.
NO SHOWS.
no shows will simply be black listed and unable to return or make any future bookings at emiliakaye.
ALTERATIONS.
alteration enquiries are accepted within 7 days of the completed appointment. beyond this window, any adjustments will be treated as a new service.
