  • custom blonding works by tailoring the lightening/colouring process to your hair and your desired results.

    we have curated our packages to set the foundation to all different type of blondes and we exclusively offer tailored add ons that allow us to completely personalise each individual clients result.

  • yes, pre consultations are mandatory as part of our new client onboarding processes.


    pre consultations must be completed in studio, prior to securing an initial colour appointment.

  • our founder and lead stylist Emily is a one woman show, this means availability can be limited for last minute appointments.

    we recommend securing future appointments at least 4 weeks ahead of time to avoid disappointment.

  • unfortunately we no longer offer stand alone services in order to maximise availability for colour services.

    a package must be selected in order to receive a tailored add on haircut.

  • at emiliakaye we have curated our unique service packages with intention to cater the foundation of all different types of blonding.

    one size does not fit all, therefore we have designed our additional tailored add ons to allow for customisable results in handcrafting your signature blonde.

  • our operating hours are subject to availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturdays.

    this allows us to book accurately to accommodate our clients needs and allocate an precise timeframe to ensure a calm, relaxed and rush free experience.

  • our applications and techniques are not a simple copy and paste method.

    at emiliakaye we take pride in ensuring every client receives a full custom blonding experience unlike no other.

    we understand this may not be ideal for everyone, however we like to ensure we have the time to take care of all the finer details into creating your signature blonde.

  • our soft lift blonding package is designed to keep foil maintenance to a minimum and to assist with feeling blonder for longer without the need of over foiling.

    this is the perfect service between full foil appointments, recommended at a minimum of 12 weeks / 3 months.

  • unfortuantly we do not offer any services that involve permanent colour.

    this includes grey coverage, fashion colours such as coppers & reds and bumping base.

  • our maintenance regimes are dependant on the clients lifestyle, hair type and type of blonde they are wanting to achieve.

    at emiliakaye we have clients that visit any where from 1 to 8 times a year.
